The Norwegian Parliament is pleased to welcome delegates and guests to the 19th annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly from the 6th to the 10th of July 2010.

The theme of the 19th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, to be held in Oslo from 6 to 10 July 2010, is “Rule of Law: Combating Transnational Crime and Corruption.”
The Annual Session is the largest event on the Assembly’s calendar. OSCE PA has 320 members.
