Having considered your compellation about undertaking the research of possibility for the future railway communication between Sør-Varanger and Russian railway network, we inform you that the decision of the above mentioned question is not included into the competence of legislative (representative) and executive authorities of the Murmansk region, but it is a competence of Russian Federation. Therefore it is not possible to express a position on this question.
