Message of condolence after the terrorist acts in Brussels

The Presidium has expressed its condolences on behalf of the Storting after the attacks in Brussels.

“The terrorist atrocities in Brussels on Tuesday 22nd March were an attack on us all. On behalf of the Storting I would like to express our deepest sorrow and sympathy to all those affected by the dreadful attacks in Brussels. Our thoughts go out to the victims and their relatives, as well as the Belgian population as a whole. We share their sorrow and we share their feeling of powerlessness, anger and despair,” said Olemic Thommessen, President of the Storting.
