“A Safe, Green and Young Nordic Region” – The Norwegian Presidency’s programme for the Nordic Council in 2023

Norway holds the Presidency of the Nordic Council for 2023. This year’s programme, entitled “A Safe, Green and Young Nordic Region”, sets the spotlight on security, climate adaptation and the importance of youth participation in the Nordic Region.

The Nordic Council is the official body for Nordic inter-parliamentary co-operation. It has 87 members from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Åland.
